Investment Banking Analyst/ Associate

As an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Collecting corporate information, surveying, evaluating and building financial advisory documents for clients, including investment advisory, M&A advisory and capital raising advisory.
  • Researching and issuing industry reports, analyzing and evaluating target companies.
  • Performing due diligence and financial analysis on prospective investments.
  • Other tasks assigned by the firm’s Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CFA or ACCA candidacy is a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Securities or Audit.
  • Driven self-starter who requires minimal guidance, is detail oriented and takes ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and conceptual skills; financial modelling and valuation experience expected.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and fluency in English required.

Analyst Internship

We are welcoming third- and final-year students for an internship program at BCA. This is a full-time program designed to help students develop analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Interns shall be responsible for:

  • Collecting data.
  • Conducting research.
  • Giving presentations.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Finance, Economics or related major.
  • High academic track record.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
